Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Coverage
Currently, we only ship in Canada. Our plan is to expand coverage globally in the coming months so please stay tuned.

Shipping Dates and Times

You can choose the exact date you wish for your arrangement to be delivered during the ordering process upon checkout. We will do our very best to deliver your flower box on specified date (although we cannot guarantee this 100% due to the delays that may be experienced by the couriers). In some cases, an early delivery may occur as well. We recommend choosing a delivery date one day earlier to avoid any delays.

Standard shipping is between 2-5 days upon final check out. Shipping fees are based on weight. Shipping fees are tax-free. Orders within the lower mainland in Vancouver can be handled by our courier service for same-day delivery. Although available, same- day delivery may not always be offered by the courier. Clients who wanted same day delivery must have a confirmation from one of our team members by email at or by calling +1-778-968-2513. The specific time of delivery is highly dependent on the courier and what the most optimal route for an area might be. As such, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time, although we can try request for it.

Shipping Address

The client is responsible in making sure that the shipping address is inputted correctly. If you made an error in completing your shipping address, please contact us immediately at or by calling +1-778-968-2513.
The address cannot be changed once your package has been processed or shipped out. Therefore, please try to contact us as early as possible. In case the package has already been shipped out then we will have to wait and see if it gets returned back to us and only from there can we issue a refund, exchange or resend to correct address - additional shipping charges may apply.


Please note that all Precious by Flo® sales are final and that they are not eligible for returns. If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24-hour period. If the 24-hour period had passed and your order is already in progress, unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel your order. Same-day delivery orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances as the flowers will be handled immediately after receiving your order in order to make the pickup deadline.
In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us immediately with a photograph that shows the issue, and we will make sure to handle it accordingly.

Tracking says “Delivered” but Client never “Received”

Upon checkout, all Precious by Flo® orders will come with a tracking number. If the tracking information confirms that the order has been delivered to your order address (and you have checked that in fact this is your correct address) but you have not received your order, please contact us at Although we can assist you in investigating, Precious by Flo® cannot be held accountable for this type of scenario. We strongly recommend watching the tracking information closely and that packages be delivered to a secure location.

Client “Refused” to receive package/”Cannot Deliver”/ “Return to Sender”

Please note that all Precious by Flo® sales are final and that they are not eligible for returns. Therefore, in rare situations when you or the recipient “refuses delivery” or the courier marked it “cannot deliver”, you will be billed a reship fee or restocking fee based on your order total.
If you have paid for shipping charges, you will not be returned the said amount. If you have not paid for shipping charges (in cases of promos or discount- free shipping applied) your restocking fee will be a flat fee of $29.99.
